Please review these Terms of Use periodically. If you find any change in the Effective Date, that means we have updated the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with Terms of Use, you are free to not use the site and any of our services, and any use thereafter shall be unauthorized.

1. Service Content

  • The service contains a wide range of variety of copyrighted material, such as films, web series, shows, kids learning videos, images, audio clips, sounds, designs, trademark(s), logo(s), scripts, graphics, music,  illustrations, photographs, blog posts, and any other information and content found on our website.

  • The service and any content accessed on www.jdshahfilms.com are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with anyone regardless of your relationship to that individual(s).

  • J.D. Shah Films offer both Single Video Purchase/Rent and a Subscription Plan. We frequently update our content library. Depending on your Subscription Plan, you may have limited access or full access to our content library.

  • When using the service, you agree not to:

    • download, reproduce, alter, modify, distribute, publish, license, and create plagiarized work(s) you find on our website.​

    • use any robot(s) or other automated means to access technology to access the service.

    • Insert any code to manipulate the content on our website.

    • Send e-mail(s) containing virus(es) to destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware and electronic communication linked with J.D. Shah Films.​

  • Any of the unauthorized uses referred to above and a violation of these Terms of Use may subject you to civil/criminal liability under applicable laws.

2. Ownership

  • The content and the service (including past, present, and future versions) and all other intellectual property rights therein are owned and controlled by J.D. Shah Films, its licensors, and/or some other third parties protected by applicable United States and International copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You understand and agree that you shall not have, nor be entitled to claim, any rights in and to the content/service(s) offered by J.D. Shah Films.

3. Parental Advisory Explicit Content Disclaimer

  • J.D. Shah Films offers a wide range of variety from kids videos to the adult explicit content.

  • We publish some short films and web series in two different versions. One version of short film and/or web series is adhere to YouTube's Creators' Guidelines so that we can make it available for free on YouTube, and the second version of the same short film and/or web series may contain explicit content, such as kissing scenes, sex scenes, nudity and/or pornographic content. We usually release second version ("Explicit Version") of the short films and/or web series here on our website (www.jdshahfilms.com) as an "Extended Version".

  • Subject and adhere to the strict compliance of the Terms of use, it is STRICTLY prohibited, and you acknowledge and agree not to: download, reproduce, alter, modify, share, publish, license, and create plagiarized work(s) you access through Video on Demand and/or Subscription Plan services.

  • Failures to follow this Parental Advisory Explicit Content Disclaimer and violation will result in legal action under applicable laws.

  • To access films, web series, and any other content with Adult Theme, you must be 18 years of old and/or older. They must fully be able to understand and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  • It is parents responsibility to monitor their children's online activities and execute Parental Controls as appropriate to keep their children safe in this digital era and prevent them from accessing any adult explicit and/or unauthorized content available on the internet.

4. Limited Permission

  • Subject to the Terms of Use, if you purchase a video or a subscription plan, J.D. Shah Films grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to: stream, play, and/or view the content online.

5. Limitations on Liability

  • J.D. Shah Films does not guarantee and/or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted and/or error-free. The speed of our service depends on your local network and internet speed, and how compatible your device is with our website software and technology.

  • To the extent permitted under applicable laws, under no circumstances shall J.D. Shah Films and other parties associated with J.D. Shah Films be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, and/or damages of any kind direct or indirect, and causes of action in connection with your use of the service.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases/Rentals, Cancellation, and Account Access

  • J.D. Shah Films offers various subscription plans. It is your responsibility to read all the details before purchasing any plan.

  • J.D. Shah Films also offers Video purchases and rentals. Each video contains a brief description of what it will be about and also if the video is for under the age of 18 or above the age of 18.

  • If any of our content features explicit content, you will come to know from the video description with Parental Advisory information.

  • By allowing others to access your account to navigate the site and view the content, you acknowledge that such individual(s) are acting on your behalf and has authority to any changes made to your account (whether it is an upgrade to a subscription plan, buying/renting a video, and update to your personal information).

  • To prevent unauthorized users from accessing the account, we urge you not to reveal password and payment method information associated to your account to anyone.

  • You agree to provide accurate information upon creating an account and/or buying/renting a video and/or purchasing a subscription plan. Furthermore, you acknowledge to maintain correct information relating to your account, such as a valid email address and payment method.

  • Once you purchase a plan, you cannot cancel it for the current month. However, you can avoid future charges by cancelling the plan. To cancel a plan and prevent us from charging you again in future, visit "My Subscriptions" page under your Account Information.

7. Communications

  • When you communicate with us electronically, such as via email, under permissible applicable laws, you agree to receive communication from us electronically.

  • We are also not obligated to respond all the inquires that we receive. However, we are obligated and do respond to serious inquiries that we receive, such as "someone has an unauthorized access to your account".

  • You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal communications requirement be in writing.

9. Survival

  • The provisions of this agreement ("Terms of Use") should survive the termination of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect till such termination.
